Challenge Go – a canvas of my developments in developing


I was a casual gamer when I was young and have always been a creative person, so developing games was natural progression. The summer before university, while others were traveling or partying with friends, I contently took on the role of stereotypical nerd hell-bent on creating my first videogame. The result of my hobbyist efforts is Challenge Go (formerly or alternatively titled Challengo or Ray’s Challenge). I’ve revisited the game several times since then, incorporating new things I learned, so the game has served as sort of a canvas of my developments in developing and design. The latest major update is touchscreen implementation and expansion to multiple platforms including mobile.
