#1: Whole Foods 365 Organic Mediterranean Blend (zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, green beans, red peppers, onions).
#2: Pitaya Organic Frozen Avocado Bite-Sized Pieces.
#3: Jasberry Organic Superfood Rice Original (microwavable/precooked package).
#4: Patagonia Provisions Lemon Herb Mussels In Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (canned 4.2oz/120g).
#5: Fullei Fresh refrigerated organic hydroponically-grown broccoli sprouts.
#6: Bragg Organic Sprinkle 24 Herbs & Spices Salt-Free Seasoning Blend.
#7: (OPTIONAL) [CAVA] [organic] traditional hummus.
#8: (OPTIONAL) organic hardboiled unshelled egg (e.g. Vital Farms Pasture-Raised).
Steps
- Add a serving each of ingredients #1-2 into a microwave-safe plate.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Empty a packet of ingredient #3 into the plate.
- Microwave on high for 2-2.5 minutes.
- Empty the can of ingredient #4 into the plate.
- Add 1.5 oz of broccoli sprouts (i.e. half a box of ingredient #5).
- Sprinkle ingredient #6 generously.
- (OPTIONAL) Add ingredient #7 and/or #8.
How to eat
Use a fork (and optionally a knife). Ideally combine multiple ingredients per bite. Pair with water or healthy beverage of choice.
