Description
Avocados, mushrooms, a mix of vegetables traditionally associated with stir-frying (but no frying used here), over anthocyanin-rich Jasberry rice and sulforaphane-rich brocolli sprouts (both potent antioxidant sources), topped with EVOO which is high in polyphenols (another antioxidant) and seasoned with natural spices. If that weren’t enough, the avocados, mushrooms and veg mentioned also have antioxidants. Fully plant-based and organic.

#3: Whole Foods Market Organic Stir-Fry Blend (broccoli, carrots, green beans, onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms).
#4: Jasberry Organic Superfood Rice Original (microwavable/precooked package).
#5: (RECOMMENDED) organic peeled/unshelled chestnuts (e.g. Blanchard & Blanchard, Galil, Gefen).
#6: Fullei Fresh refrigerated organic hydroponically-grown broccoli sprouts.
#7: (OPTIONAL) Frontier Co-op Organic Salt-Free Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
#8: Bragg Organic Sprinkle 24 Herbs & Spices Salt-Free Seasoning Blend.

Steps
- Add a serving each of ingredients #1-3 into a microwave-safe plate.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Empty a packet of ingredient #4 into the plate.
- Microwave on high for 2-2.5 minutes.
- (RECOMMENDED) Add a serving of ingredient #5.
- Add 1.5 oz of broccoli sprouts (i.e. half a box of ingredient #6).
- (OPTIONAL) Sprinkle ingredient #7 generously.
- Sprinkle ingredient #8 generously.
- Drizzle ingredient #9.
How to eat
Use a fork (and optionally a knife). Ideally combine multiple ingredients per bite. Pair with water or healthy beverage of choice.
